SHIPPING INFORMATION

Eco-Friendly Packaging:

We are trying to be more eco-friendly by reducing single-use plastic waste, so a single card will be shipped without a cello bag. It will be carefully shipped in a DO NOT BEND rigid mailers and will arrive safely. Please, let us know if you would like your card to be shipped in a cello bag (i.e. your area is in the rain season).

Process Time:

Each card is made to order by me. Please allow up to 3 business days to print and ship your order domestically and internationally. Please contact me if you need me to ship out within the same day. Customized and personalized cards may take 1-3 additional days to make.

Domestic Orders: 

Default shipping is USPS first class mail letter without tracking, which takes the same delivery time as tracked mails. You have the option to add tracking, upgrade to priority or express shipping, and add insurance with additional cost at check out. We ship all orders from Berkeley, CA through USPS. Most orders will be delivered 3-7 business days from our ship date. It could take up to 10 business days depending on your location and the season. 

International Orders:  

We ship overseas through USPS First Class Mail International. Unfortunately, tracking numbers are not provided. We cannot guarantee delivery dates either, as orders can be unexpectedly held up in customs. Transit times will vary, but typically orders will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Please note that your country may charge an additional customs duty, VAT (Value Added Taxes), and/or import taxes. If these fees are applied to your package, we will not be held responsible to pay those charges.

 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Return Policy:

Our top priority is to make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not for any reason, please let us know. You may send back your order within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund once we receive the order in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delayed Orders:

Even we have no power over USPS delivery once the order is shipped, I completely understand greeting cards are time-sensitive items. If your order got delayed that you missed your deadline, I would be happy to offer a replacement of your choice within 10 business days from the shipping date, or/and refunds after 10 business days.

Damaged Or Wrong Orders:

If your order gets lost or damaged in transit, or if the wrong item was shipped to you by accident, we will send a replacement free of charge using the original shipping method. No return of the wrong items needed. 

Lost Orders:

If you do not receive your order but the USPS tracking claims delivered, we can help you file claims with USPS, request lost mail search, and apply for insurance if appliable. We will send a complimentary replacement but kindly ask that you cover the additional shipping cost.
