How much is shipping?

  • $1.9 for a single card/sticker with letter and stamp shipping (No tracking)
  • Tracked first class mail starts at $3.98. It's calculated based on the distance between you and California. 
  • Priority shipping starts at $8.7
  • Express guarantee shipping starts at $27.73 
  • International shipping starts at $3.6 for single cards/sticker. 

How to get free shipping?

  • Free standard shipping for orders over $30 in the US.
  • Occasionally I offer free shipping promotions through email newsletter
  • Sorry, no free shipping for international orders

When will my order ship?

  • Each product is made to order by me. I do my best to hand make and ship out your order within 1-3 days
  • I am always mindful of specific occasion dates and seasonal cards. If you need a faster process, please contact me first. (
  • Customized and personalized cards may take 1-3 additional days to make.

How long does it take to deliver?

  • Default shipping is USPS first class mail (no tracking for cards and stickers): 4-7 days from the shipped day. 
  • Don’t count Sundays and federal postal holidays 
  • All domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS First Class Letter or Package services. Cards and stickers DO NOT include tracking information by default

How to get expedited shipping?

  • You can add tracking at checkout. While it's not faster than untracked mail, you will get peace of mind knowing. 
  • For faster shipping, please upgrade (additional charge applies)
    • Tracked first class parcel: 2-5 days, not much faster, but you can track it
    • USPS priority shipping: 2-4 days
    • Express shipping: next day-2 days by 6 PM. Express shipping automatically processed within 24 hours
  • If you forget to select expedited shipping at checkout, you can add on an upgrade
  • Only express shipping is a money-back guarantee delivery. Other upgraded shipping DO NOT include a guaranteed delivery date.

Late and lost orders:

  • Bad weather and holidays may delay orders. I highly recommend ordering at least 10 days ahead of your special occasions. 
  • I wish I could guarantee delivery but it's completely out of my control once I shipped it out. Very few orders may take up to 2 weeks to deliver. 
  • I take pride in providing 100% satisfaction to all my buyers. Please see the satisfaction guarantee section at the bottom

Help, I put in the wrong address!

  • No worries! Just email me as soon as possible with the correct shipping information
  • I will also contact you if the shipping app says your shipping address is incorrect

What’s your Eco-Friendly Packaging policy?

  • We are trying to be more eco-friendly by reducing single-use plastic waste, so a single card will be shipped without a cello bag. 
  • It will be carefully shipped in DO NOT BEND rigid mailers and will arrive safely. 
  • Let me know if you would like your card to be shipped in a cello bag (i.e. your area is in the rainy season).

Do you ship internationally?

  • Default card shipping is USPS First Class Mail International to save your shipping cost (otherwise, the shipping costs are 3X higher than your order). The tracking number is not included. 
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates either, as orders can be unexpectedly held up in customs. 
  • Transit times will vary, but typically orders will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. 
  • Please note that your country may charge an additional customs duty, VAT (Value Added Taxes), and/or import taxes. If these fees are applied to your package, we will not be held responsible to pay those charges.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Return Policy:

Our top priority is to make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not for any reason, please let us know. You may send back your order within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund once we receive the order in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delayed Orders:

Even we have no power over USPS delivery once the order is shipped, I completely understand greeting cards are time-sensitive items. If your order got delayed and you missed your deadline, I would be happy to offer a replacement of your choice within 12 business days from the shipping date, or/and refunds after 12 business days.

Damaged Or Wrong Orders:

If your order gets lost or damaged in transit, or if the wrong item was shipped to you by accident, we will send a replacement free of charge using the original shipping method. No return of the wrong items is needed. 

Lost Orders:

If you do not receive your order but the USPS tracking claims delivered, we can help you file claims with USPS, request lost mail search, and apply for insurance if appliable. We will send a complimentary replacement but kindly ask that you cover the additional shipping cost.
